changes made:
after Kiba leaves, it cuts to the shot of a tree+sky where the sun set happens so you know time has passed since he left.
Next scene, Lily and Marie are packing up to leave, they're folding the picnic sheet they were sitting on
finally Kiba re-appears in a dress from behind them
so yeah, any feedbacks and opinions are welcome

Wicked! i think it's all very clear.
The only thing i can think of mentioning is when it goes to the sky shot, have it pan up to the sky rather than cut up. But maybe intention is to do that, I’m not sure. Just thought it was worth mentioning. also i think it would help the composition of the shot because in the animatic it when it goes to the sky it seems to cut closer to the tree, and that doesn't give you a nice composition. Other than that, I think it works in helping you feel that times past, also I think the fact that they're packing up after the sky transition helps loads.

ok, so maybe the tree isn't so important cos all you need to know is that the time has passed and the sun going down is probably enough then. thanks!
i think you should keep the tree in, it looks nice in the background. i just think maybe you could play around with the composition a bit
urm... maybe you could pan up past the tree, just so you can see the top of it and have that in the middle of the shot. have the sun on one side of the tree then have a transition from one side of the tree to the other. that way you will have the sun following a nice arc. i don't know if you would want it fading in two or three position or just have to animated the whole way around, try both? see what has the best effect. it will be easy to to in flash anyway.
i think that would create a nice composition any way
maybe you could have the sky changing colour a bit was well.

i think it's best to play around with shot see what works, thats what this stage of the process is about about. anyway i think it's all very clear.

The first thing I would say is er...your crazy LOL, just kidding. I think Tim raises interesting points. The one thing I would say, and this is about the animatic is work on the timing, and add more drawings. At the momment everything feels a bit even. In terms of the some of the shots, when the little cross dresser appears, It might be an idea to have him pop his head out on the first shot, so when you do the second shot of the close up, you know where he is. Its not that I didn't get it, I just think it could be made more obvious. Other that it seems really clear. It's quite late, so i'll take another look with fresh eyes. Hope your well.
